He founded McIntire & Associates in 1992 as an independent marketing organization located in Wilmington, Massachusetts. In 2003, Mike was a founding member of Maxx Financial Partners, LLC. In 2007, Maxx Financial and Partners Advantage merged, creating one of the insurance industry’s mega independent marketing organizations, which operates today as Partners Advantage Insurance Services, LLC. He has been a licensed Independent agent since 2013 and primarily focuses on tax deferred retirement planning, assisting agents in high end case design. Rich is licensed in numerous states throughout the country including his resident state of Massachusetts.
Edna Peters
edna@ednaforlife.com Edna is our Annuity Marketing Consultant and has been an integral part of McIntire & Associates team since she first became a licensed insurance agent in 1992. Edna is constantly learning about new products and attends many training events in order to assist field agents with case design. Meeting with clients and agents, she is able to gather important information that will be used to customize their unique needs and concerns. Her primary responsibilities have been working with producers to actively enhance their life and annuity production with the respective companies. Edna has been dedicated to solving financial and insurance issues throughout her carrier, specializing in communicating marketable sales ideas with the field force, developing workable and meaningful relationships between field and home office and being a mentor for new agents/marketers coming into the insurance industry.

Her role as case manager includes: review and submission of life applications and follow-through from receipt of the paperwork to the issuance and contract placed in-force. She works with the carriers’ new business and underwriting departments to help get the business processed and issued in a timely manner. She looks forward to working with you on your next life case.

She communicates with various insurance carriers, our marketing team and the writing agent to see that all items needed to issue the policy are complete and that the policy is issued as quickly as possible. She is also a licensed independent agent in the state of MA and understands what an agent needs from their IMO.
